Refund policy

At Avela Motion, we want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

 

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

 

Exchanges: We're happy to exchange for a different size or color within 30 days, subject to availability.

 

Sale Items: Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

How to Return: Email us at hello@avelamotion.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 2 business days.

 

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
